your eyes locked, unwavering, your gaze unflinching.

You will hear 

once you are ready to hear,

to hear not just the words but the spaces between them,

the pauses that hold meaning, the silences that speak volumes.

You will be 

once you are ready to be whole,

to be present, to be alive;

in this moment, in this skin, in the essence of being…
